About Bliss For EveryBody
Bliss for EveryBody is just that, it is Yoga Classes that strives to help Everybody and Every Body find that feeling of Bliss. Bliss doesn’t have the same feeling for everyone, but some examples I can give are: the feeling of relief when you find something that’s been lost, the meditative state we go into when we’re playing with or petting our dog or cat, that feeling when you stretch before you get out of bed…and for me, Julie, I’m the creator, I get that feeling in a standing forward bend, all of the sudden everything that was stopping me from being present comes to a halt and I have peace in my mind.
Have you been feeling stressed? Has your anxiety been through the roof? Are you suffering from burn-out? Come take a class with Julie and relieve that stress and reduce some of your suffering. I know, it feels impossible at the moment, but yoga really does give us an opportunity to reset our mind and body…and find that sense of peace, bliss, relaxation, strength, etc, that we’ve been looking for.

Bliss for EveryBody has been born out my love of yoga and the beautiful changes I have seen happen in my life because of it. First of all, if you can breath you can do yoga…YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY. I’ve found that society tells us that only certain people should practice yoga, and that is NOT true. Yoga can be as simple as disconnecting from the world and taking a few deep breaths or as complex as the hardest inversion. The fact is, EVERYBODY deserves to practice yoga, we all deserve to feel good in our bodies, we deserve it ALL…not just a limited number of people. If there is anything I could wish that you get from visiting this website, it’s to take a class with me. Give yoga a try, find your favorite pose, let a lightbulb go on in your mind about how amazing it feels when you become embodied and your mind connects to your body (and vice versa). I always say, “The hardest part is showing up,” you might sweat, you might relax, you might laugh, you might overcome a challenge…but you’ve got nothing to lose (except for some stress – and yes, it is true, yoga has been PROVEN to reduce stress). Yoga Teacher Training
Bliss For EveryBody is offering the base 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training accredited through Yoga Alliance as well as a new 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. These programs are what Bliss For EveryBody was initially created for…spreading the love of yoga far and wide.
We Have A Donation Class Every Week
Almost every Tuesday during the Tremont Farmer’s Market we will offer a donation class! Sign up today! Always check the schedule 45 min before class to make sure there are no cancellations due to weather, etc.
