Slow Down & Deepen Your Practice
We predominately practice Traditional Sivananda Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa, Slow Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Combined Styles of Yoga at Bliss for EveryBody.
We believe Yoga takes many forms, and the fast pace of our culture and society diminishes those true yoga moments. When we slow down our breath and our movement we are able to feel and connect more to the present moment. Awareness abounds and we begin to feel free to connect to our true self and our practice deepens…this is what slowing down feels like for us.
If you feel like you are rushing and life is moving too fast, come take a yoga class with us and slow down, allow your senses to heighten and your awareness to rebound from the fast paced world around you.

In Person Classes in the Cleveland Area
Starting in June, Julie will be teaching 7 classes a week, all around the Cleveland area. We believe that consistency is the key to unlocking the best aspects of yoga.
Online Live Streaming Classes
Julie has paused publicly available online classes, but she is available for online private yoga classes (these can be group or private, one-on-one classes.
Become a Morning Yoga Member
Currently on pause, but might bring back in the near future! We have a unique membership/subscription, where you can practice every morning (M-F) with us for 30 min (7:30am-8:00am) and 1 hour on Saturdays (2:00pm-3:00pm), this class is only online and allows you to practice from the comfort of your home, helping you to build a consistent and reliable practice.

We Have A Donation Class Every Week!
Almost every Tuesday during the Tremont Farmer’s Market we will offer a donation class! Sign up today! Always check the schedule 45 min before class to make sure there are no cancellations due to weather, etc.
